INVOICE NOTES: clogged toilet TECHNICIAN NOTES; came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a toilet in master bathroom which was not draining will need to auger toilet , dishwasher on site will need to be installed aswell RESOLUTION: cleared toilet please note toilet rocks back and forth, aswell will need to schedule time to come back out and install customer supplied dishwasher please note did not test electrical but electrical is there for installation will need to drill hole through cabinet and add a dishwasher tubular piece JOBSTATUS; toilet cleared need to schedule dishwasher installation MGPNOTES: run card on file Estimate to install dishwasher customer supplied electrical is there , will need to drill through for drain line and add a drain line tubular fitting for drain.
